The Institute has strategically partnered professional bodies, universities, colleges throughout the world and boast of a database of over fifty consultants in various fields with a wealthy of corporate experience and knowledge.

It is through these synergies that IRDM has positioned itself as a leader in research and consultancy in Eswatini. The Institute initiated and grew the celebration of customer service week in Eswatini, created events that have grown customer service advocacy in the country.

IRDM is currently working on the introduction of Eswatini customer service index, a concept that will transform the industry and instill customer centricity. IRDM has also help in transformation of many organizations in Eswatini through its consultancy wing.
